Canadian Appreciation Day
They live amongst us, our neighbors, our co-workers, our friends. They are so much like us, and yet not quite the same. Maybe it's the odd dialect, maybe some latent effect of an infantile overdose of maple syrup, or perhaps it's the serene pleasantness one can only feel under the umbrella of nationalized healthcare... Whatever it is, Canadians are different. And as such, they bring a unique and valued perspective into all of our lives.
