"Hi, I've been conducting research for Oxford University into the impact of mobile phones for the past six months, and have (finally) arrived at the stage of writing up the report. I love this photo - it's emblematic of everything that's happening in Ladakh at the moment. I wonder if it might be possible for me to use it in the report?
