We are Pink Punch, a ladies only boxing fitness group run by a fully trained fitness instructor with many years experience.We are two friends Helen and Tracy with a shared love of exercise and we literally want you to punch your way to a better body, its a fun, safe, highly addictive workout that you will love !
No scary skipping and punch bags,no 6 foot blokes built like tanks, just girls training hard getting fit and having fun.
