20th Anniversary T&P Consulting

This year Trajkovski & Partners consulting is celebrating 20 year anniversary. T&P was formed in December 1991 by Mr. Ljubomir Trajkovski. The company is successfully working on Macedonian, regional and EU market for the past 20 years. We celebrated the anniversary together with our partners, clients, associates and friends on 14th of December in our offices.

Implementation of IMS in Alfa Digital and Xpro, Belgrade

Project goal: Implementation of Integrated Management System - IMS in Alfa Digital and Xpro. The IMS will be consisted of: - Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO 27001:2005 - Service Management System based on ISO 20000:2011 - Quality management system (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2008 - Environmental management system (EMS) based ISO 14001:2004 Project objectives and activities: - Assessment of the preparedness for implementation of relevant ISO standards and preparation of a business case for implementation of Integrated management system - Design and implement solid and comprehensive framework for Integrated Management System - Business process modeling - Documentation of the Integrated Management System - Capacity building of the project teams of Alfa Digital and Xpro - Readiness for certification of the Integrated Management System based on relevant standard by independent certification body

5th itSMF SEE Conference - Belgrade

Ms. Ana Meskovska took active participation on the 5th annual itSMF South East Europe Conference in Belgrade. Together with Ms. Daniela Gavrilovska they presentated on topic: “How to implement effective IT Service Management System”. The 5th itSMF SEE Regional Event had a title: KEY ITSM DRIVERS FOR BUSINESS SUCCESS, and covered more than 30 inspiring and thought-provoking sessions, and as such it is the biggest and best-ever IT Service Management programme of seminars, panel discussions and keynotes in South East Europe.

IIMA 2010 Conference

The International Information Management Association was founded in 1989, with the mission to provide a unique blend of high-quality academic research combined with social interaction. The 21th Annual Conference took place in Utrecht, The Netherlands from 17 – 20 October 2010. Master and PhD-students weree invited to apply for the Student Consortium of the 21st IIMA (IIMA 2010, www.iima.org). With the application students were required to submit a paper describing their research approach and results, and to participate on workshop on performing design research. Workshop discussions were centered around research triggers, research questions, design artifacts and validation.

8th SEEITA – 7th SEE ICT Forum Meeting & 7th MASIT Open Days Conference

Ms. Ana Meskovska took active participation on the 8th SEEITA – 7th SEE ICT Forum Meeting & 7th MASIT Open Days Conference that took place on 14-15 October 2010 in Ohrid, Macedonia. Ms. Meskovska had presentation on topic “Information security for increased usage of e-Services” as part of the Broadband sessions of the conference. CMC Kosovo - workshops

The general goal of the project is to raise the consultants' capacity and take further steps towards accreditation of consultants in Kosovo from an internationally recognized accreditation institute. The purpouse of this spesific workshops was guidance in establishing a professional association of consultants and national institute of management consultants in establishing relevant regulations and standards.

The general goal of the project is to raise the consultants' capacity and take further steps towards accreditation of consultants in Kosovo from an internationally recognized accreditation institute. The specific objectives include: • To train at least 24 local consultants on skills and standards required for the CMC certification process. The training will provide the consultants with all the basic knowledge required to proceed towards the CMC certification; • Providing local consultants with the skills necessary to design, manage and implement consultancy projects at high professional and ethical standard; • Providing consultants with methods and skills to manage consultancy companies; • Increase awareness among local consulting community; • Guidance in establishing a professional association of consultants and in establishing relevant regulations and standards; • Lobby for appropriate use of consultants in public administration.

23rd Bled eConference and Summer school

Ms. Ana Meskovska participated in the Summer School 2010 and 23rd Bled eConference: eTrust: Implications for the Individual, Enterprises and Society, in the period of 14 - 24 June 2010. Faculty of Organizational Sciences University of Maribor presents two week Summer School Program in conjunction with the 23rd Bled eConference: eTrust: Implications for the Individual, Enterprises and Society. Bled eConference attracts speakers and delegates from business, government, information technology providers and universities and is the major venue for researchers working in all aspects of “e”. There were variety of keynote speakers from industry, government and academe. SWEB Trials

SWEB – Secure, interoperable cross border m-services contributing towards a trustful European cooperation with the non-EU member Western Balkan countries. Под координација на Fraunhofer Institute FOKUS и Универзитетот на Пиреус Грција, овој Европски развојно-изтражувачки проект е осмислен и наменет да обезбеди информатичко-комуникациска технолошка платформа која ќе обезбедува ефикасна и безбедна размена на прекугранични е-ВЛАДИНИ сервиси низ цела Европа. Проектот ќе ги тестира и оценува ефектите од нивна примена во седум градови во државите на Западен балкан ( Србија, Албанија, македонија) и ЕУ: Сиена од Италија и неколку општини во Грција. Проектот е финансиски подпомогнат од ЕУ 6-та Рамковна Програма за истражување и развој. Проектот ќе се реализира во периодот зима 2007 – пролет 2009.
