Um...like wouldn't the “One Way” sign indicate you can't make a right turn?
A no right turn sign over a one way sign...punchline...the sign is outside the Lamoureaux Building at the University of Ottawa, a place of “higher thinking.”
This sign can only be be seen from the sidewalk I took the picture from.
