Bought this peace of Rapido Record because we had an exploded tyre on holliday. I wanted to use this wheels and axle ( it is smaller than ouer original ) to make the use of tubeless tyres possible. The ET size of these original Rapido Record wheels is also different than the older confort models.
Record frame
700 KG axle from Record. The original of ouer Confort is 600 KG.
Because the "hump" for tubeles tyres was not enough on the Record wheels I decided to buy 3 NEW wheels. It costs some but safety first.
I also bought 3 new heavy duty transport tyres, they can carry 440KG each at 4 bar pressure. ( the lower the pressure the higher the temperature)

Because the Record axle is smaller also the frame of the older rapido's is different, and because the new tyres are a little higher I decided to make an extra filling.
Smaller axle, other ET size of the wheels and again exact in the middle.
Also original the Rapido's have an extra filling on the left side, because of some extra weight i think.
We did not use this before but with Italian temperatures we are going to.
The first owner made this very light weight box realy good. But I prefer the original Rapido one.
2009 This box was originaly fittit on a "Holtcamper (orange) foulding caravan, the frame was used for that and it also was possible to take the box off.

Twinny load, but I am thinking about an extra aluminium box to connect on the rear side. Also good the balance the caravan, and maybe we can leave the box on top of the car roof at home. I can load the caravan up to 700KG now.
One of these new tyres exploded on the highway left lane in Germany, not a very nice moment.
