This is something I came up with by luck one day.
I've not ever seen one of these yet other than mine, anyhow it is a Sight tape cover to keep others from peaking while your at the stake shooting. I get a lot of folks looking and saying what a great ideal. It is also a rule for ASA that something must cover your sight marker.
I know John Deer Theme, I got bored! This ideal came to me after shooting Georgia ASA last year when I had to park at one end of the shoot and walk and walk.......to the course way over there. That bow got very heavy and I got very tried, he he not anymore. This sling will keep the load on my shoulder and not my arm.
3D Seat quiver, after going around and shooting the ASA and local IBO shoots I find that my design works well with your seat of choice, just strap it to the side and never hold another arrow for the seat quiver will do it for you!
Hear you notice I have this one on the left strapped and the other one is one I have for my son that's not on a seat that I took off to show just in this picture.
If you look close on this one you'll see two little black round Bungee cord straps for cords or hoses that I send with purchase to help hold tight the quiver a long with velcro straps that are part of the quiver.
On my quiver I put a piece of fabric at the bottom to place the tip of umbrella nose into and at top an extra sewed Velcro strap long enough to wrap around seat bar and umbrella to secure away till needed. I use one of the two bungee cords at the lower end to help secure. There are easy to remove so it makes for quick and easy to get your umbrella to block the wind or the sun from your groups scope.
This was for my friend Jake whom I met shooting spots, this guy is nuts about pink. He comes up to me and says your the guy making scope covers, (yes) than he says no one has a pick release bag......I say to him not yet but an Ideal came about and here it is. I saw this movie that said (light bulb) to funny!
This was a night I couldn't sleep so I made use of my time making scope covers for my young archers. I see kids shooting in our pro shop and I can't help my self and I give them one if they are 15 and under. They just gleam of joy and now they think I'm something special,(boy to i have them fooled)....LOL
You'll notice on my scope covers they don't have that string/cord you have to pull to keep them on! My style of scope cover you just squeeze to open and let go to close with your finger and thumb......very easy to use:0)
These are one of my most requested ones. The camo does look good on the black Duck Canvas Fabric.
These babies are made with Duck Canvas/trimmed with mossy and real tree with special pipes put inside them to protect arrows.
This went to Brody White, made with Duck Canvas Red Base/ Black Duck Canvas Trim and liner with Red Flannel Fabric.
Here I'm just showing how easy it is to open the scope cover up.
This is Black Duck Canvas trim in JD Fabric
Hardware of the pro shop I shoot for. These are not all mine just the one in the middle for a team shoot I was in.
This is 2010 Indiana State 5 Person Team Winners
(I'm the one with the holding duties) :0)
These are some of the nicest folks I've ever got to shoot with!!
These went to Tom C & his Wife. When I heard the colors I thought hum...But now I'm kind of liking them!
Blue Dolphin Fabric for trimming Scenic seen.
Pricey stuff but beautiful.
These are the colors of the Duck Canvas to pick from.
Color for the flannel fabric
Tom C's & wife release bag after he told me to put what ever on them, so this is what I came up with.
Making new string for my C4 Conquest.
Since than I shot one Clean Vegas 450 and 2 449 Vegas rounds with that new string:)
