I cut the sheet steel from a shelf which was once part of a piece of office furniture
all the bending was done using a brake improvised from angle iron
a case is born...
here the main chassis holes have been drilled (temporary knobs etc posing for the camera)

Unfortunately, my dog injured her leg. Fortunately, the adhesive bandage came on a tube just the right size for the Tx coils.

A friend produced some drawings for the internal key
... and made a beautiful polycarbonate body (thanks JC) to which I added the metalwork.
I made a form tool from scrap to press the lever and clamp
