I decided to add a rubber cushion on the oil cooler per the Jabiru installation manual.
I don't know if it actaully helps, but probably doesn't hurt!
I routed the plug wires and the CHT probes through the supplied grommet.
While attaching the bafles, I took the opprtunity to fully pull the covers and examine the rockers.
All the covers off.
Baffles now attached.
Rear view of attached baffles.
View down the inside of the baffle.
Used some chrome-based anti-sieze to install the plugs.
Modified a deep socket so that I could use an open end wrench.
I can tighten the plugs now with the baffles on and without a socket!
Making up an air-box for mag cooling per the Jabiru manual. I used an extra piece of 6061 1/2" tubing.
View from the inside.
Cleco'd together and in place.
