Used a couple peiced of scrap box channel to create a "spreader" so that I can remove the spar tunnel.

These side channels all need to be countersunk for flush rivets in-place.
Clamping the tunnel down made it easier to work on.

Coundersinging the side channel. I used a scrap 2x6 and drilled out a couple of openings where the tip of the bit protrudes through.

The dimpling caused a little warping of the sheet metal. Nothing too bad.
The other side was a little worse.
Worse spot, but I think some hardware goes through here later.

The three end rivets in the F16-04 are handled a little differently. See the Detail G in F1 for an explanation. I needed to confirm with Sonex.
