Most of the small parts have been inventoried and binned for storage. I have a bunch of extra bins for holding manufactured parts and small assemblies.
Larger parts have been hung on the pegboard...

Setting up the chop saw for cutting the angle. I used a harder, laminate blade from Harbor Freight. Because the blade was smaller, I needed to put a board on the base to raise the cut line. Note that both ends of angle are clamped in 2 axis.
I used eye and hearing protection. These DeWalt glasses have slip "readers" in the bottom. Order on-line. I used a squirt of WD-40 every 2-3 cuts.
Measure twice & cut once!
This really cuts well.
The cutting really throws a lot of chips!
All finished in 1 day...no mistakes!
