Completely re-build 12 ft of load bearing wall to include specialty LVL carrying beam.
Sheath new wall with locally milled 1” rough sawn lumber
Install Historical wooden frames with sash & track replacement kits per Historical Regs
Plumbing / Electrical
Special Order Trim & Siding per Historical Regs
Interior finishing including insulation, drywall, custom trim with rosettes & textured ceiling finish, paint.
Trim / Casing / Baseboard
