I always love the smell of the tiger lillies when I walk into the front desk.
The staff are always so friendly and quick to be at our service to call us a taxi, shuttle or give us a ride on the golf cart to wherever we need to go in the resort.
Today, we are heading into downtown Cabo San Lucas.
Here we are waiting for the shuttle at the other end of the resort (referred to as the timeshare side).
Me being a little daring.
I can see El Arco through the window of the shuttle.
We were dropped off at the mall in downtown Cabo San Lucas.
Once downtown, we wandered the main street and immediately saw El Quid Roe.
Supposedly a great place to hang out but others say it's like Senior Froggy's and others like it.
Sure looks like a neat place to hang out though!
We decided to look for a place to have lunch here at the docks where we would later charter a boat for some marlin fishing.
I can't count how many boats are in the harbor but they are all beautiful like this one.
As we strolled along the water, it's hard to avoid the vendors who are always trying to sell timeshares, locally made goods, tourist activities, and “weed or blow”.
I can't tell if they're building more condos/hotels or if these are ruins?
Are you thirsty Johnny?
We stopped and had lunch at Baja Cantina.
I had blackened Mahi Mahi.
Johnny had Mahi Diablo.
We decided to head into the mall for some shopping.
There's a Harley-Davidson in Los Cabos too!
We quickly shopped the rest of the mall, before spending our pesos in a liquor store next door and then headed home.
We would rather spend some more time at the beach than another minute in the mall!!
Our pool buddy!!
Johnny and Mai Tai.
Aahh...all alone. (Or not)
Not quite...LOL!!
I have long since forgotten everything before!
Look at the that! We really have the beach to ourselves.
I'm too sexy for you!
We went to look at the rock formations.
Those sea urchins hurt to step on!
Fish!
Bear hug!
We relaxed by the infiniti pool before heading in to get ready for dinner.
This place would have such a magnificient view during the day because it's so up high on a roof top.
For cocktails, I had a mojito.
Oh boy, Johnny's salad was just SO GOOD!!
And I had ceviche--it was definitely the best I've had!
It was Kristen's idea to get a mojito and boy was it so thirst quenching and just mMMm tasty!!
Johnny must've thought his food was tasty too. He saved some for later.
For dessert, we wanted the “Litttle Mexican” (listed on top left) but he was way out of our budget.
Going crazy in the elevator!!
Aaahh...
Hot dog!!
Where we ate the night before.
El gato!!
Awe...it was such a nice day--must we got to sleep?!
