Mamie E. Rogers (1875-1909) -- Included on the stone is a note from her husband: "Dear Mamie you've left me as an angel leaves. You have gone where angels go. I try to realize my loss, your gain. Still bitter tears will flow. - Eddie"

Jefferson Davis Coleman, M.D. (1865-1917) -- The 1910 Houston County, GA Federal census states he was a "country physician." Jefferson was a son of John & Sarah Coleman, also buried in this cemetery.

Confederate States Army Veteran Calvin Till enlisted in Company D, 66th GA Infantry Regiment 20 July 1863. He served through the surrender of his regiment in Macon, GA 1865. About six years before his enlistment, Calvin married Martha R. Bowen 24 Dec 1857 in Houston County, GA. According to Federal census records, Calvin can be found farming in Houston County from 1850 - 1910.
