All the way at the right...
New Whirlpool washer and dryer. The guy in the picture is the QA inspector.
two car (tandem) garage. The first thing I'm going to do is paint the floor with epoxy paint.
both bedroom windows above the garage. At the rear of the unit, the adjoining unit gets more room, but up front, it's split in half.
looking from my garage to the basketball court / dogpark area.
Looking down the first flight of stairs. Notice all the natural light? This place has 12 windows, not including the garage.
One of the spec items is that it's prewired for 6 channel surround sound and a plasma TV. I probably won't use it, but maybe it'll be a selling point later?
Where are my shutters already?
From the living area; looking towards one of the bedrooms and the 2nd floor bathroom.
2nd floor bathroom. Exciting, isn't it?
This is what blew me away when I first saw the place...primo appliances included (they no longer do that), and 3cm thick granite countertops. The cabinets are 42" tall.
Up the stairs to the 3rd floor loft / bedroom.
3rd floor bathroom. Again, nothing interesting.
From the "master" bedroom, towards the stairs. Again, dig the natural light.
Looking out the master bedroom window. It was hazy yesterday, but those are the Superstition Mountains there...see the four peaks on the left?
Master bedroom; garage door side window.
Looking out the loft window.
Still can't get enough...
This is the "country french" elevation....whatever. I do like the stone, though. Beats the hell out of just stucco.
The units share a common driveway...whatever; it's still better than a crappy carport.
Mine is the one with the open garage.
picnic area / basketball court right there. Just in case I want to regain my Indiana glory days.
Mwahahaha!!! Soon it will be all mine!
Why was this taken? Whirlpool better be sending me an advertising check soon.
Ooohhh....shiny!
The glorious mountains....it's a shame Phoenix picked this day to be super polluted.
As if I've never seen running water before...
