The crash
This accident happened a few years ago, but I leave it up to remind me that helmets are not all bad! :) This accident was actually not our fault. As is the case with a lot of motorcycle accidents, someone turned across our lane and we t-boned their GMC Jimmy.
I forget how many stitches I had. Fractured orbital socket (cheek bone). Arm broken in 3 places. Cool titanium plate and screws now holding it all together!
