Aug 10. Looking north along the Columbia from the peak of Mt Revelstoke. Smoke from the many fires mists the view. You can smell them across mountains. This area hasn't had rain since May. We brought some.
At dusk, the fire on the other side of Begbie and sharp rays from a broken sun. There's a strong message here, whatever it is.
Rainbow. Harder n' hell to catch in Algonquin, easy as a couple o' casts here. A minute later, he was warning his grandtrout.
