Winter Snow-Storm Traffic Snapshots
Traveling through southern West Virginia . . . not the thing to do in December! We were stopped for six hours straight in traffic waiting for some jack-knifed 18-wheelers to be moved off the road ahead of us. Once we moved out of that area, we were held up for 4 more hours in different locations making a trip to northern North Carolina of 5 hours into an nightmare of 21 hours. We were tested in patience like you wouldn't believe! Still, I didn't waste the opportunity to take pictures of this once-in-a-lifetime (hopefully) situation.
