Cuban athlete. No point in trying to defect here!!
Generic track and field athlete.

Beijing Airport.
Far left - the Olympic only lane for traffic.
This is the sweet new tv building in Beijing.
More of the tv building. LRC has made a purchase offer for it.
Looks like the Puma store but in reality it's a restaurant that was taken over by Puma for the Usan Bolt/Jamaica party.
At first, I thought the huge line was for the Bolt party. Then I realized it was next to the Coca Cola Olympic Park (anyone remember Atlanta in 1996?).
Bolt with the Asian media.
Asian media after the press conference. What's wrong with acting like a fan?
Bolt signing autographs for the media.
Bolt posing for pics.
The Chinese don't mess around with security around here. Here Bolt's security guards pose for pictures.
Here is the party. Everyone is waiting for it to begin. Free alcohol!!
The party started with traditional Chinese dancers.
The theme of the party was the merging of Jamaica and China so the dancer pulled off a white mask and instantly became black.
Then the dancers threw off the Chinese outfit and danced like drunken American sorority chicks.
The Jamaicans in the crowd loving the scene.
The star of the show besides bolt was 21-year old Scottish singer Paolo Nutini.
Paolo Nutini. I loved this photo as the security guard isn't messing around. So serious.
Outside the party. I was jet-lagged and left fairly early.
Coca Cola Olympic park type place outside.
There was an NBA store across the street. Maybe Bolt should look there for Kevin Garnett.
This week's sign that the Apocalypse is upon us. A Hooters in Beijing? Say it ain't so.
The Chinese may be small people but they like a big, big beer.
