Belgium : Brusells -- Soap Box Race
This was a kind of cycle racing called "Soap Box Race". The "soap box" was supposedly driven by two persons. People had decorated their rides in different ways .. one team even used the Pissing man .. and it would go about showering water on all the watchers. The cycles had to go downhill along a Brussel street and the one taking the least time would win.
