Panajachel ("Pana-ha-chel")
Lago Atitlan is considered one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Some of the world's best (sold by Starbucks even) coffee is grown here, and it is surrounded by multiple volcanoes. It's one of our favorite places in Guatemala, of course! "Pana" is the first stop along to the other villages around the lake, including Santiago and San Marcos.
