Hen reed beds Reydon Suffolk UK March2010
The Hen Reed Beds are a nature reserve managed by the Suffolk Wildlife Trust. They are most famous for the return of the (Booming) Bittern. Also there are Buzzards,Sparrowhawks, Redshanks & many other sea and estuary birds. Otters also enjoy this habitat & may well be responsible for the pile of oyster shells near the beginning of this album!
