in the afternoon, Gisi made Käsespätzle
eggs and flour, a little salt
not quite thick enough

she couldn't find the spätzle press, so we improvised
first batch, they're a little big

add some Gruyere, and put it in the oven for a while
with some sauteed onions, perfect on a cold afternoon
i had mine straight, followed by a salad
but really, you should have it with a salad ....it was really great.
