Picture Frame
This is a digital picture frame I created from an old IBM Thinkpad laptop. It had a nice screen (TFT) and shows pictures at 1024x768. The laptop runs Windows 2000 Pro with 128mb of ram and a 10gb hd. I use IrfanView to show a fading slideshow. I also use VLC for showing movies or streaming video, and VNC to control it.
