We'll show you how it is done.
You will need Marzipan (also called "almond paste") or cake covering. A cake board. Tubes of icing. Green colouring. Chocolate fingers. String. A suitable cake. Some curtain tape (not shown here). A table knife. A rolling pin. Some "After Eights" or chocolate squares. Some chocolate buttons.
Soften the marzipan and add green colour. Mix well.
Roll it out using icing sugar.
Cut the cake in two and place on the board. Cut corners off if needed. Cover the large pieces with marzipan.
Add the bridge "upright" poles - use bread sticks or chocolate finger biscuits.
Measure and cut the curtain tape by stretching iit over the two cake pieces. Insert biscuits into the tape.
Add more biscuits to the uprights. "stick" them with icing.
Remove some cake to hide the ends. Replace the cake pieces.
We're going to put letters on some chocolate buttons.
Use greaseproof paper when adding the letters.
Just squeeze the icing on.
This is the camp fire being made.
Put the campfire in place.
Now make a tent from squares or "After Eights".
