Mama said, "What we don't know can't hurt us." NOT TRUE. Case in point. We were doing a routine oil change with vehicle inspection when we found that the inside of the right rear tire had two sidewall aneurysms! This is when air leaks between the outer shin and the casing plies (which have broken). This air bubble WILL pop and the tire will come apart in a rush. This condition is extremely dangerous! This problem was not noticeable in a general walk around. Plus we see this client religiously every 3 months and it did not exist at the last visit. This just goes to show that a lot can happen to your vehicle in 90 days (especially as it gets older) and that extended oil changes can leave you high and dry for other reasons.
