Bottom floor. I used scrapbook paper from Michaels for the "flooring" and wallpaper on the right side. The walls on the left were from pages of a Restoration Hardware catalog.

The second story with just the center "wall" I cut a wide opening in the middle because I wanted a more open feel but still have some support for the roof.
View from the other side
Second story with the side "walls" The center is higher for a slight slope for the roof.
Bird's eye view of the second story.
The roof is now on!
I left openings so that the kiddo could more easily reach down into the house. In retrospect, it probably wasn't necessary as the house currently sits on a table, making it taller than her.
The final structure! It stands about 20" tall and has a footprint of 22"x12"
I couldn't leave the outside plain, but wrapping paper was the only thing I had on hand that was long enough to cover the outside walls and make the roof one piece.

This photo was taken before Christmas. The living room and kids' room furniture were added later; they were stocking stuffers as a precursor to her Christmas gift, this house and Calico Critters Elephant family dolls.
