first attempt at pizza on the egg. homemade dough, fresh mozzarella, and a nice new recipe for sauce... uncooked canned tomato, lemon juice, oregano, and salt. very simple and nice.
could only get to 450 degrees... it didn't quite do the trick. sauce was tasty but too watery even after straining, or there was too much water in the cheese, and the dough was pretty tasty and nice but i couldn't get it very thin.
