285s front and rear on CCW Corsair 10s with 8.5" backspacing rear and (current photo) 8.275" backspacing front (will be moved out to .6" spacer / 7.9" backspacing. Front will be raised 0.25" from photo for bump clearance and spring rate increased to 1000 lb/in.
View showing the CCW Corsair 10s finish and width.
Will be rolling the fender, possibly flaring outward a bit so we can gain some turning radius (current setup has ~ 0.5 less turn lock to lock on 0.225" spacers / 8.275 backspacing with 10" wheels)
Left front, 0.225" spacer, no fender rolling yet. Will space out to ~ 0.65" spacer (~ 7.85 - 7.9" backspace) and really work the fender roll and inboard frame to make this work; also planning on 1000 lb/in 2.25" ID coil-overs.
Another shot of non-rolled clearance on 8.275 backspacing (0.225 spacer)
Close to the final ride height; will raise ~ 0.25" for additional bump clearance.
Good pic of the CCW's shot-peened and anodize dipped finish. It's not smooth, it has texture to it. Reflects light decently though.
Front ride height to go to 25.9" from current 25.6"
Camber is -1.5F / -2.0R; soon to change to -2.5F / -3.0 R
Rear CCW 10" wheel and 285 fits fine. 8.5" backspacing.
CCW 10s and 285 Hoosier A6s front and rear; moderate front rolling and inboard frame massaging will be required to gain clearance; spring rate should be increased to 950 - 1000 lb/in
Rear ride height at 26" and will stay that way; fenders to be rolled slightly. Could fit 11" wheels and 305s or maybe 315s with slight flaring.
Side view; hood at body shop being vented to deal with Full-race manifold / HPC 2000F coating (not as effective as others I've tried FWIW) underhood heat in Texas
Front to be raised slightly, but this is getting close to the right stance; if we get it scienced out right, I'll ask CCW for a set of street wheels.
Subtleties: 285/30/18s on 10" CCWs, single exhaust valence, trailer hitch. Yep, autocrosser. Will paint hubs silver to hide wheel center caps being gone.
