"Yeah, but it's not at all even or normal, chin and moustache are gray and thick hairs, some patches on the chin get nothing at all. the left side of my face no hair, the right side is gray and black, the black one's practically fall out when I rub my face, the neck gets a patch in the middle all the way up to the chin but thats all."

"+Lou Arruda I've got Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia, which means that when my immune system reacts to something it goes out and destroys my red blood cells ... so they try to keep my immune system suppressed.

I also have Large B Cell Lymphoma for which I'm getting the Chemo which opens me to infection ... so they try to keep my immune system revved up.

It's quite a balancing game, so the rash is really irrelevant in the scheme of things."

"My mobile command center for the day.

The treatment areas have plenty of extra outlets, and they encourage you to bring in whatever you like to keep yourself occupied, and the wifi service isn't too bad either even if their firewall does block some sites (no kitten cam)"

"A short (badly shot) look around the outpatient chemo treatment cubicle like areas at BayHealth

It looks small but its plenty of comfortable room for me, my laptop, two nurses and a visitor. They're all very well set up, some kept darker, some by the full height windows over the garden. The height is just enough to not be casually peaked over, but short enough so a passing nurse can look in quickly if necessary.

As with all hospitals, the tv channel selection sucks, but they do have free movies on demand."

"Wow....and who said that cartoons were just for kids. I'm amazed how the industry has grown! Back-in-the-day...Popeye was the epitomy of cartoonism!"

"Actually Boston has a very similar convention in April http://www.animeboston.com/ It's slightly smaller. This year Otakon had 31,000 attendees, last year Anime Boston had roughly 20,000"
Raymond Andrews
"So it wasn't someplace like Boston? That's what it looked like to me. Thanks!!! :-)"
Judy Bailey
"I guess location would have helped. Otakon is at the Baltimore Convention Center each year"
Raymond Andrews
"Thanks Ray....I'll look it up. That Otakon really looked like a lot of fun....where was it?"
