Kurt Coonrod
Dizzy D rocking out and giving the “Thumbs Up!”
Hey, is that Steve? He should be at the aid station! He had gone down to flag a potentially mis-leading intersection.
Mark Nelson. Mark had to be the smiliest runner! Awesome.
Julia Stephen kicking ass in her first marathon (and twisted ankle from mile 2.5)
Devin Farrell. Devin just ran the San Juan Solstice 50 mile run a week ago. Strong work!
Our first aid station had to be the best! Look at this view! We were right at the base of Redondito Peak.
Aaron Goldman!
Deb's idea of encouragement.
The front runners at mile 25. I know the woman's name is Susan and she's from ABQ.
Kurt Coonrod at mile 24.
We had cowbells and weren't afraid to use them. As runners left the aid station Steve and I would muffle the bells and Steve would yell to the runners, “It's a rattlesnake chasing you out of here. Get going!” Some runners appreciated it while I'm sure others did not.
Steve playing the air guitar! Was it the Allman brothers or Aerosmith?
Dizzy D (Dan Hadlich) pushing hard from mile 24 to the finish to come in 16th place!
Smiling Mark! (He must be running fast---look at the dust he's kicking up!)
Devin comes into mile 24.
Julia still kickin' it. She just cruised on through our aid station to the finish!
After this shot my camera's battery died. Bummer.
