Can you believe this giant sign says "I amsterdam"? And the Beav thinks it's cool (look carefully).
The "Rijks Museum", very posh, very Rembrandt, very artsy.
Let me out of here. Oh no, I have to get on a tram?!!!
Okay, you want to go where? Well, maybe. I'd like to go...
While it's not apparent, this is a bicycle path (bicycles are the little tiny objects way far away, they will be very big objects within seconds). The pedestrian path is on the left. On the far right is where you wait to get on the next Tram. This is Amsterdam.
The Beav says "Peter is boring", the boat need to start moving again.
The Beav says "This is more like it, I can tell him where to go!"
This is what a "Hop on, hop off" boat looks like in Amstermdam, well, sort of.
Sail 2010 in Amsterdam. These folks are playing music and doing "black face".
Sail 2010: The ship "Sorlandt"! Not a small vessel. We aren't that far from it. We are in a boat on the water nearby.
A small sail boat gets its mast fouled in the bow sprite of "Sorlandt". Fortunately, they were separated because the "small sail boat" would have lost!!!!!!!
A bigger ship by the circus. You can't tell, but everybody is moving very slowly in order to not run into each other. Nobody moved fast.
Party time at Sail 2010.
Sail 2010 on the water experience!!!!!
Help!!!!! I'm trapped in Sail 2010.
Ya know, I just might be interested in this as my next "RV"
Ah, this is better. Thank you Peter.
Clearly, this is not a small Dutch windmill. Point of education: windmills were built to pump water, saw wood, grind wheat and other agricultural products for food, and, stone for paint.
Dapper Market. Think of a big, open air flea market without any locals selling their own stuff. You can buy food, clothes, art, fabric, shoes, jewelry, and whatever might tweak your fancy. Closed on Sunday.
Ummm, this is a two seater.
