swinging arm bolt seized and steeping in penetrating oil
swinging arm bolt seized. penetrating oil never worked so bolt welded inside and heated to red hot to break seal. Worked a treat.

yeeha she's a rolling chassis
starter moter probs. Note duff connection inside battery stud. Stud was loose and twisting which caused disconnection.

new plates steeping in oil prior to reassembly

pilot jets. left - original. middle - new jet. right - spare jet in rebuild kit. Not got a clue why it's there.

Scavenge pump filter. mmm lots of wee bits??? Tiny metal particles and what could be bits of black gasket material?
Scavenge pump filter cleaned and fitted back in postion. (behind small rectangularish plate). Couldn't get the filter to fit in properly at first then remembered that it fits in 'upside down'. After breaking into a sweat and 15 minutes later of course!
Forks rebuilt and fitted. Old wheels and discs as i've still to shod the good wheels
Switchgear fitted and front master brake cylinder. Also throttle and choke cables ready to be threaded through the frame. Hope i can remember the correct routing?
