Octoberfisch Fly Fishing Festival is sponsored by the Fredericksburg (Texas) Fly Fishers. It is a gathering of flyfishers in Junction, TX on the South LLano River. There were over 150 people registered and most were camping at Shady Grove Campground. The Fredericksburg flyfishers provide free shuttles up river on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Lots of those attending this event have their own kayak or canoe but you can also arrange to rent one.
