Spyder
Some pix of my demo ride on the new Can-Am Spyder at Americade on June 7th, 2007.
My impressions? This thing was a blast to ride! The only thing that I can compare it to is an ATV. You have no idea there is but one wheel out back! You feel like you are riding a super high performance quad with this amazing motor that has gobs of torque!
Another thing worth mentioning is that the traction control, stability control (keeping all three wheels firmly planted on terra firma) and the anti-lock brakes all work, very well. The ability of this thing to keep you safe and in control is by far the most comprehensive of any machine that I've ever ridden "on". Don't worry, you can still accelerate better than ANY sports car that you can buy for twice the price!
