Expedition Night: Spring 2010

The 6th graders studied the problems that led to the fall of the Ancient Mayan civilization. Since we realized that Haiti has so many similar geographical and political problems, we fundraised money to help Haiti through a Pok-a-Tok (Mayan game) tournament on Expedition Night. The kids also helped make posters that described the Mayan's problems and similarities with Haiti.
