Our Anniversary weekend
On Sunday morning (5/18), I ran the first leg--a 10K--of the Colfax Marathon Relay. Then after church, Travis and I drove to a mountain cabin about 30 minutes from Woodland Park, where we spent the night and the next morning. It was very romantic--completely secluded with a great view of Pikes Peak and a hot tub outside. On our anniversary (5/19), we ate breakfast in bed, watched TV, and then went hiking at Mueller State Park. Back in Boulder that night, we watched a movie and drank champagne. Our anniversary was exactly what I had wanted--relaxing and romantic.
