I may have mentioned my landlord is obnoxious. The sign on the right was taped up, just beside my door when she thought i unplugged her lights. Then she stuck up the sign on the left when a friend dropped something off for me when i was out. So i posted the note on the upper left. You'll have to zoom in to read it, but i think it's worth it. ;)
I took Lysanne out mountain biking, her first time! She got air!!
Oh weird..i thought this only happened to film..
Does the bike look familiar?
Getting her to tackle the log on Shock Treatment.
She just about made it!! I think she uncliped a fraction of a second later....
The gnarly descent into the TTA....no, she wasn't at a stop and leaning.... ;)
I went back up to ride down again and enourage her to try it..
Wee! It's easy! No luck..
Yes, it's my old frame!! Funny to be out for a ride with both bikes. =)
Get further behind the saddle!!
That's better!
Stylin'...
Any idea where this might be? Too bad there isn't a road sign..
I didn't race, it was wet.
Here they come..
No carnage.
Stopped in at the new OBB Westshore shop to say hi! =)
I love the pic on my CyclingBC UCI license. =)
As always, they assigned me as a Master, although i've always checked the Senior/Elite box... I somehow went from Cat 2 to Cat 3 on the track too!
Out at Newton to watch another rainy race..
And the B's are lined-up..
Off!
There's another tell-tale sign..
A shot of Chad and his new Blue! You may recognize that as my old Blue! Stupid me got my thumb in the way..
Another 'old and new' shot!
Rode up at teh Gowlland-Tod, this shot looks like a freaking postcard! Amazing day, 'cept for the insane wind.
Out riding with Kenyon.
Another postcard shot...wow...
At the bottom we found this...
Oh yeah...i'm a badass.
I don't know what this was, but it made me laugh.
A rainy OBB ride.
A dedicated bunch.
The last group ride with Laura. =( Back in Sept tho!
Lovely cloud patterns..
Mixing the wet into the dry, making my brownies.
Pretty much the best brownies you'll ever eat.
Ready for the oven..
It was a very big batch for the bakesale.
And the bakesale!
A huge success, we raised over $1000 for Friends of Animals!
Yum..so many goodies, everyone did an amazing job.
I just needed a short ride, and was itching to get on the MTB, so headed out to Queenswood to see what was there..
Insane!! I was laughing my ass off at the HUGE jumps these kids had made!!!
I think i would die if i hit that..hahah
Swung by Giro Beach as well, cute gooselings on the water..
Tracks from different animals... Ducks and geese, and Nano Raptors. ;)
I was rolling up the winter tire i took off, and found this!! Hurray for Stans!
