Your TapiRex settings should look like this.
When you click on the exe the first time you should see this after the files are extracted.
After the progress bar you should see this screen. If it's after the extraction of the downloaded exe from Dell, cancel it. Edit the INF file and then run the setup to get back to this screen and select "OK".
