The marina has a free shuttle to/from downtown. One head is Todd's, the other is a Mexican guy's. Guess which is which!

We were so charmed by this musician, who sang Munequita Linda for us.
Another video. Sorry for the poor lighting. I wish this guy had a CD!
Koiya loves Xmas decorations! These were at Hotel Los Arcos.
This is Hotel Los Arcos' Christmas tree.
Todd has always wanted to be a blond.
Todd troubleshoots our Xmas light problem.
Susan and Elba took us to a very fancy, excellent restaurant! We think it was Las Tres Virgenes.
The food was amazingly good!
The pool at the beach club we're apparently not good enough for. This is an "infinity pool"- the water disappears over the edge and blends in with the sea.
Todd was annoyed by the cold treatment.
Sorry for the bad lighting, but this is the only shot of all of us.
That's Daniel in the center. He was born in Davis so he's a US citizen. But they left when he was 1 so he doesn't speak English...yet. His older brother Eduardito speaks English well.
Todd and Eduardito. He's 16. A bright, nice boy!
What a great family! We hope to see more of them.
Todd rebuilds the head (that's a toilet to you landlubbers). Too bad we don't have smell-o-vision so you all could enjoy the scent.
Cute girl at the Christmas concert.
The youth choir gave a Christmas concert at the marina.
Todd thought this was an agave, so he tested it for tequila. It poked him, leaving spines in his leg.
Flowering cacti.
I was taken by the four types of cacti growing right next to each other.
Check out the height of this cardonal!
My old favorite, the prickly pair.
View of Marina Costa Baja from the hill. There are plans to put in a golf course, which will unfortunately destroy the lovely desert.
Todd liked the cushions because they matched his hat.
We went to a restaurant call La Pazta for our Christmas dinner out. Guess what they serve there? Yep, pasta! Isn't that cute!
This guy named Gunther lives here in La Paz, and hosts the information net once a week. He also does story hour on Sunday. He cracks us up! This gives you a taste of his accent.
Todd listens to Gunther's story hour.
Video of Koiya's seat drop and tummy drop.
Koiya's cool twisting seat drops.
Koiya tries to bounce Todd off the trampoline.
Todd's wicked trampoline moves.
