Motorcycle Ride: Afghanistan to Bosnia
The ride went from Kabul to Mostar and included Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Bosnia. There were 2 riders: Stephen Long on his Kawasaki KLR 650 and me on my KTM 640 Adventure. The Trip went from 4 September to 17 October, 2009. We travelled a total of 8,550 kilometers including the 350 km to cross the Caspian Sea.
