If the whole frame could fit inside a these wheels it would be a round smooth package - BUT as it would then be low down, and it would still need to be lifted and carried - unless, it had a handle to roll it ............

Typical target use
Patented, 3-Dimensional, 4 bar-Link, with tensioned link and tension rods (as used in IF Urban, Cross & IF Reach). This mechanism is the 2nd development as a lower cost version for more conventional frames.
