the car as it came from the dealer in USA.Apperetly it did look good on fotos. The client wantet just repaint and some interior work. anyway it did ende up in a little more than that.. we did start dismantle, and when we got the car up on lift we soon discovered some problems. Some one had popnited some metalplate over the rust and covered it up with a lot of undersealing. This the car dealer HAD to see before selling the car to my client

Porsche 911 E 1972

This is or was a 911E from 1972, but as many classic Porsche 911 from that era they was “modernized” and this car was found in the Norwegian fjords with a newer turbo body kit installed. This car have original German papers as well Norwegian. We will offer this car restored as a E ,or we can build a RS, RSR, or ST replica , all kind of engine options is available. We can also offer full roll cage , with F.I.A approval. Please closely at the photos and you will see that there is no corners cut and the atretion to detail is extreme.This will be more or less as a new car when its done.

Porsche 911 touring 1969

This is a 911T 1969 from Colorado USA, , and it was in a sad state when we bought it. The car will undergo a full restoration, and we can offer the car in all kind of variations ,RS , RSR , ST, we can offer several engine upgrades, from 2 liter to 3 liter. We now will fish the renovation of the “tub”, and as the photos show, we do not cut any corners, we basically build a new car, and with modern products and anti corrosion the new owner should have a very useable classic sport car.

De Tomaso Pantera GT5S

This is a De Tomaso Pantera GT5S , witch belong to a Swedish client. This is a very interesting car of many reason…its really good looking and is fast and handles great .But for us who restore cars, and very often have to undo several old “restorations” before we can restore the car, the chance to restore a untouched car was very interesting and we did find some specific detail work who do indeed show the car was handbuildt . We did better anticorrosion protection than the Italians are famous for .. we did apply epoxy primer on the clean metal surface, before any fillers and sanding. We also did paint it black as control paint and also just make sure the paint result on this car will represent what JANCARFACTORY can do.

Porsche 911 1967

PORSCHE 911 SWB 1967 This classic 911 did I buy from California USA some years ago, and it had been standing still in a garage for the last 10 years or so. When we did strip the body we saw that it had been involved in not only one but I think severals as all corners on the car had been severe damaged. Thanks to good skilled metal workers in JCF we managed to repair the damages and save the orinal sheetmetal .On those early examples all the meal panels, as doors, wings ect had the last 3 digit of the vin number stamped on the parts as the car was truly handbuild from by the Porsche factory.

De Tomaso Longchamp

DE TOMASO LONGCHAMP This is one of around 500 Longchamp ever buildt. It’s a Grand Tourisimo 4 seater sports car in the old meaning of the name, to take the whole family fast and comfortable across Europe to summer holiday. This car was in a very bad state when it came to us, the car have been tried to be restored several places in Norway but as it turned out all had to be redone. The new rear wings was feks several centimeters wrong from one side compared to the other. JCF team started with cleaning the whole car back to bare metal and then start build a basically a new car. The former “restorers” had lost the dashboard, so we went to borrow one in Sweden and made new forms in fiberglass and have made a new dashboard, which is now ready for recovering with leather. We are also in need of a steering column as the former “restorers” manage to borrow that to some other car…so if you know of any please let us know!

JENSEN INTERCEPTOR CONVERTIBLE This car we do a full restoration for a Swedish client, the car had been standing in a garage for many years and it was much rusted. JCf crew dismantled the car, we did change about 90% of the steel and did repair a big damage it had some time in its earlier life. The dashboard on this model had the “safety” type of moulded plastic, it was in bad shape with several cracks. We did recover the whole dash with leather and made it look like it came from a Italian classic instead of the simple and cheap plastic variant. JCF crew also made a new convertible top, and also had to repair the whole top systems as it was heavily bent during a crash in it earlier life. The 7.2 liter Chrysler bigblock engine is also fully rebuildt.

De Tomaso Pantera GR4

This is a 1974 De Tomaso Pantera, and the client did import it from Chicago USA , the car was complete , but some rust issues….and there was a surprise or two when the car came back from the acid bath in Oslo, Norway. Owner now is building all aluminum engine and there is carbon engine lid, doors, and bonnet so this should be one light and fast sport car when its done. The car should been in the bath longer, and there should have been drilled some big holes in the sills, and different chassis parts to get more effective result. Anyway we will have to change most of the box profiles, and we will sandblast and put epoxy primer on the whole car.

Bmw 3.0 CSI

The car was bought in boxes and pieces from a barn in Sweden some years ago. The was restored in Sweden in 1988-89 and had brand new front wings, new floor , and sills, the former owner went to the local BMW dealer and wanted to order new tailgate but they by chance had one new one in stock from the famous CSL , so this car have an new aluminum tailgate. We did strip the old paint down to bare metal, and did some improvements from the former work. There is new leather interior, new carpets, new rubber sealing for all window ect, rebuilt suspension, and brakes, there is a new stainless steel exhaust system. New emblems and plastic chrome grilles. The dashboard is recovered in black leather, there is good stereo system very discreet installed. The wood is restored as well. It has the factory aluminum sport wheels with new tires. The car is for sale please contact us for more info.
