Me, floating on the dead sea while reading a book. Amazing and strange experience. The shores of the dead sea are the lowest dry point on the surface of the Earth, 420 meters below Sea Level. The dead sea has the largest salt concentration of any sea or lake in the world, with 31.5% of it in its composition (The Mediterranean Sea has 3.5%).
The Dead Sea is 67 kilometres (42 miles) long and 18 kilometres (11 miles) wide at its widest point.
