August 20-24, 2009 Emily and I drove to stay for a long weekend with Ernie where he is attending management/business training in Ames, IA! We left on a Thursday afternoon and came home on Monday! We had so much fun.

September 22, 2009 - Emily and I attended the Dorothy Pecaut Nature Center here in Sioux City and had a blast with our new MOPS group we joined.

10/10/09 - We got the smallest amount of snow the other day when Ernie's parents were here visiting. Emmy really wanted to go outside to try out her new snow boots! I'm so glad she got to experience it before it all melted!
10/17/09 - I designed Emily's 2nd Birthday invitations myself in photo shop & then sent them to Walmart to be printed as post cards! They turned out cute and it was a blast to design.
10/17/2009 - This is a special layout for me as I have very fond memories of 10.17 throughout the past eight years with the Love of My life. Today is Sweetest Day and I wanted to make this layout!
10/17/09 - Our baby turns TWO today!?!?! Really, where has the time gone? I have loved every single minute we have been blessed with her in our lives and look forward to many more, Lord willing! Happy Birthday, sweet girl!

October 30, 2009 - Emmy and I went to Moser's Nursery w/our MOPS group here in IA/SD & she painted her 1st pumpkin, went on a hayride & walked through an indoor hay maze! It started to drizzle/snow so the hayride was pretty quick. She then enjoyed a snack of hot cocoa & popcorn! Such a blast!
