From Fairbanks, I followed the Tanana River and Alaska Highway to Northway
The Alaska Pipeline crosses a river. On an average day, 800,000 barrels of North Slope crude goes thru the pipeline

After a days patience, the weather had lifted enough to move on, first to Whitehorse, CYXY, for customs clerance, then on to Prince George, CYXS.

Here is Teslin on the Teslin Lake. Here I parted with the Highway route because of weather, and followed alternate valleys towards Prince George.
