MD State Chili Championship 2011 ICS
MD State Chili Championship, held at Hard Times Cafe, Germantown, MD. Monica Parker takes 1st Place Red. Michael Watkins takes 1st Place Chile Verde, and Judi Omerza takes 1st Place Salsa. All three qualified for the World Championship Chili Cook-off to be held in Manchester, NH on September 30-October 2.
