罪惡館Tuol Sleng Genocidal Museum 是赤柬在1970年代的拘留所，用來虐待被拘留者。Known as the Museum of Genocidal Crimes, it was used by the Khmer Rouge as a detention and torture center in the late 1970. Today the building houses exhibits, paintings and photographs of many of the victims.
罪惡館Tuol Sleng Genocidal Museum 內裏非常簡陋, 只是一間一間的房, 但每一間房裏都會掛 一張相片, 而相中內容就是當年赤柬怎樣殺害不同政見的人仕.A picture of the person who was intolerated and tortured to death by Khmer Rouge was displayed in each room of the museum.
