NEW BUILD 2-FLAT HOUSE IN BROCKLEY - SE LONDON

This development is an extension of a listed Victorian terrace in a conservation area. Although the interior layout and the technology are modern the elevation is a replica of the old neighbouring house. Reclaimed London Stock bricks were used on the elevation and all the sophisticated Victorian decorative features were replicated. This development is in progress now.

Works were performed according to the design of Architect Simon Dlugiewicz and consisted of demolishing all the old rear part of the building and constructing a rear extension together with patio.

LOFT EXTENSION AND CONVERSION IN A VICTORIAN TERRACE HOUSE IN BROCKLEY - SE LONDON

Works were performed in June-July 2009 and consisted on demolishing all the old roof, building new roof with a new shape and a gable wall, converting the all utility/storage function to a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Alll the operation was filmed by TV with the participation of Tommy Walsh and broadcast in July 2009.
