After became the member of bngbirds group i came to know that I have missed the last week bird shoot. So yesterday i decided to visit that village. When i wake up in the morning i was disappointed. Shocked to see the heavy rain at 5 am. at last by 5.45 rain stopped and i started my solo ride. Due to cloudy weather my shots are not that much clear,,,but enjoyed the time spent in villages., Thanks fr the valuable infomation by BNG group....

Kokkare Bellur, the"Village of Storks"
Kokkare Bellur world famous by knowing as “Village of Storks”. A small village on the banks of Simsha River housing these winged visitors from more than hundred years. The Man Birds relations one have to see here. On every house trees they build nests, give birth, train them and flew back to their native. Each person in this village take utmost care towards these birds. Mainly Painted Storks and endangered species Spotbilled Pelicans build nests. Its not a Bird Sanctuary but a real habitat along the human beings.
